Radio Astronomy Meeting

There will be a meeting for Flamsteed members who are interested in Radio Astronomy in the Endeavour Room, South Building, Royal Observatory Greenwich (ROG) on Saturday 7th March 2020, starting at 11:00am.

The meeting will give the opportunity for members to describe progress on their projects to date and discuss possible future projects for us to undertake.

New members who haven’t taken part in radio astronomy activities before are very welcome. The objective is to introduce radio astronomy to Flamsteed members through a number of simple projects that can be carried out without any previous knowledge of the subject.

THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO MEMBERS OF THE FLAMSTEED ASTRONOMY SOCIETY ONLY.

Please do not book a place on this event if you are not a member of the society. Your booking will be cancelled if your name does not appear on our membership database.
