THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED ON FOR SUNDAY 24 AUGUST. We are running a public solar viewing event at the Royal Observatory Greenwich. All members and non members are welcome. Please note, these events are normally held inside the Royal Observatory, so normal entrance charges apply.

Our next public solar viewing session at the Royal Observatory Greenwich is confirmed for Sunday 24 August.
The weather forecast suggests we should have usable skies during the morning, but cloud is expected to build through the afternoon, so the session may finish earlier than usual, potentially from around 1pm onwards.
📍 Location: Dolphin Sundial area
🕚 Time: 11am – 4pm (but may finish earlier depending on conditions)
🎟 Admission: Normal Royal Observatory entry charges apply
