About the Event

Blackheath Observing – Confirmed On

Sunday 5 April 2026

We are going ahead with Sunday evening’s Blackheath observing session.

Conditions may be a little mixed at the start, with some high cloud and a light breeze, but these are expected to improve as the evening progresses as high pressure begins to dominate. On balance, we feel it is worthwhile proceeding.

Start time: 8.00pm (some volunteers on site from around 7.30pm)

Location: Blackheath, just north of Talbot Place
