UPDATE: CONFIRMED ON - Blackheath Observing – Sunday 22 February 2026
We are planning to go ahead with this evening’s Blackheath observing session.
Forecasts suggest the weather front will clear this afternoon. Some high cloud may be present around the start of the session, with clearer skies potentially moving in later in the evening. There is a real possibility that cloud could interrupt observing at times, but with no rain expected - and after several recent cancellations - we feel it is worth proceeding.
If conditions are slow to improve, please be patient as the sky evolves.
