About the Event
CONFIRMED ON: Blackheath observing - Sunday 20 September
Our observing event is going ahead this evening, from 8pm to 11pm. Some volunteers will be on-site from 7pm to view the Moon low in the south, so you are welcome to join us early.
Skies are expected to clear during the afternoon and remain largely clear throughout the session. Some high cloud and occasional patches of low cloud are possible, but conditions look suitable for observing.
Our volunteers will have a mix of visual and smart telescopes to share views of the Moon, Saturn, star clusters, nebulae and galaxies.
Location: Blackheath, just north of Talbot Place, SE3 0TZ.
