About the Event
🔭 Event Highlights:
• The Moon: Catch it in Auriga on Saturday, glowing at 30% illumination, or in Gemini on Sunday, shining brighter at 40% illumination.
• M3: Marvel at the Globular Cluster in Canes Venatici, a dense ball of stars bound by gravity.
• M51 & NGC5195: Explore the Whirlpool Galaxy and its companion, offering a galactic dance in Canes Venatici.
• Cor Caroli: A bright double star that splits beautifully in a telescope.
• La Superba: Gaze upon the deep red hues of this carbon star in Canes Venatici, one of the brightest in the night sky.
