Solar Viewing - Saturday 16 May cancelled
Unfortunately, we have taken the decision to cancel the public solar viewing session at the Royal Observatory Greenwich on Saturday 16 May.
The forecast shows clear skies early in the morning, but cloud is expected to move in from around 10am, with conditions worsening as the day continues. There may be some occasional glimpses of the Sun, but not enough to make the session viable.
Our next planned solar viewing session is Saturday 30 May, with Sunday 31 May as the weather back-up date.
